There is also a nice outdoor table and 6 chairs and umbrella plus an extra seating on area with a wrought iron 2 seater couch and 2 other matching wrought iron chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or use to layout and get some sun with a great view of the lake!
* Spacious and very nice GAMEROOM with Ping Pong table, Darts, a nice 2 player NFL Blitz arcade game, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Cornhole and a 3 in 1 kids table with foosball, air hockey and a mini pool table. There is a mini fridge and lots of seating available in the GAMEROOM which makes this a great addition for all the family to enjoy and spend that quality time together!

* This is a large home with almost 3,000 Sq ft that has been recently updated and painted that has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds ( 1K, 2Q, 2F, ) plus an additional room with a day bed that makes out into a twin over twin trundle bed.
* As you walk through the front door you will love the big and wide tiled foyer that leads into the large and open living room, dining room and kitchen areas with tons of windows and natural light with a nice unobstructed view of the lake. The kitchen has granite counters and lots of solid wood cabinetry with plenty of kitchen utensils including pots and pans, toasters, blenders etc with everything you need for a nice, home cooked meal.
* Just off the kitchen is a nice dining area with a new table and 6 chairs and also 3 bar stools that cozy up to the granite bar top for extra seating for the whole family. The living room has all hardwood floors and a beautiful floor to ceiling stacked rock fireplace and comes furnished with a nice couch and loveseat, 2 extra upholstered chairs, coffee and 2 end tables and a nice mounted flat screen Smart Tv.
* Just off the foyer on the main floor are two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and come furnished with 2 nightstands and a large dresser to store your clothes and flat screen Smart Tv's. The Queen bedroom on the right is HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE with 32inch doors and a beautiful tiled step in shower with grab bars and has good space to maneuver around.
* Just off the living room is the 4th bedroom that comes with two full beds and a matching dresser with a nice flat screen Smart Tv.
* There is also another room just off the living room that would makes a great play room area for the children that has storage cubes on the wall for toys, games, etc and a nice daybed with twin trundle to accommodate 2 more people if needed.
